WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Curbside or in-store pickup is available for certain purchases. Curbside and in-store pickup options are not always available. Due to the nature of our business, we do not have a retail storefront, but instead we bring our produce and other products to various farmers markets around Tucson. Pickups are available only at farmers markets, and specific hours vary by location. Please see each location's hours for details:
Certain purchases may qualify for curbside or in-store pickups when specified at checkout, or for orders placed by phone and confirmation is given by us to the customer at the time of payment.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, and for promotions that include free shipping within the contiguous United States, including subscription items.

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with tracking information. In some cases, but not all, we may include shipping insurance on the order at our sole discretion. Packages are prepared in batches that depart from our facility every few days, but orders placed with paid Expedited Shipping will be packaged and sent for delivery either the day the order was received or the next available work-day (in case of holiday or after-hours).
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription, then we will deliver on: Every one (1) month or every three (3) months on the day selected in your account settings, depending on your order.
Changes or cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the shipment date.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping (yet). If you wish to place an international order for delivery outside of the United States, please email us at:
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Regular orders ship in batches, at least twice per week on certain days, Monday - Friday.
Expedited orders are delivered to the carrier on the same day the order is processed, or on the next business day if the order is received after 5pm EST.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
