If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Desert Pearl Mushrooms and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date, minus the cost of return-shipping.
In some cases, credit toward a future purchase may be issued, or a pre-order may be created for you if the product you wish to purchase or re-order is currently out of stock.
Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
Desert Pearl Mushrooms does not accept returns or exchanges on damaged items due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. In many cases, shipping insurance may be included, and eligible claims may be pursued through the shipping agent with your tracking information. However, if the item you received is incorrect or damaged in production, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
We do not take title to a returned item until it arrives at our facility. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Desert Pearl Mushrooms does not take title to the refunded item.
